FinallyGotAroundTo is Expanding!

Hello faithful readers! Thank you for all the time you’ve spent reading articles on my humble site. The support is huge!

This post is to update you on a few things:

Number 1: FinallyGotAroundTo is on YouTube!

I have been gearing up for this and had many ideas that I quickly moved on from. I managed to put out a video about dinosaurs earlier this summer, but since then I have decided to shift to a different style of video. Rather than taking the time and effort to make something short, edited, and scripted, I have decided to do something more natural and off the cuff which I think plays to my strengths. People told me the scripted dinosaur video didn’t sound like me, and it took longer to put together than it should have. So here’s what I’ve been putting out instead:

Number 2: FinallyGotAroundTo is getting a lot more active on social media!

I have been regularly posting on Instagram for a while, but I am also posting more on Twitter (which I guess I should be calling X now?) and, yes, I started a TikTok. If you want more of FinallyGotAroundTo, those are great places to follow.

Number 3: FinallyGotAroundTo will be ramping up tabletop game coverage!

While I started writing at Gamepressure all about video games, I have always appreciated the tabletop side of things too. Attending PAX West helped inspire this. I’ve got articles (and YouTube videos) in the works for a few board games and tabletop RPGs (like the new Dungeons & Dragons rules). So if that’s something that interests you too stay tuned for more!

Number 4: FinallyGotAroundTo Podcast?

Still early. I have ideas. We will see where it goes.
